On education psychology study field, the factors influencing learning achievement are hot point question all along. The recent study results indicate English learning achievement is influenced by not only intelligence factors but also nonintelligence factors. In many factors, learner interior factors are very important. The paper makes a special effort to investigate and study intelligence,English learning strategy, etc. influencing English- learning achievement of grade 3 students in junior middle school, in order to explain relation trait of mental factors influencing English learning achievement of grade 3 students in junior middle school. The results of this study are:1. Different sexual students'intelligence have no diversity.2. Different sexual students'English learning strategy choices have diversity. The female students are good at self-control, estimate monitor, affection management than male students.3. There are positive correlations between intelligence and English learning achievement, Chinese learning achievement.4. English learning achievement and Chinese learning achievement of Grade 3 students in junior middle school have high correlations.5. English learning strategy and English learning achievement have correlations. There is no diversity in English learning strategy between English learning achievement superior group and English learning achievement good group. There are notable diversities between Superior group and secondary group in cognition knowledge, cognition psychology, plan target and self-control. But superior group and inferior group have extremely notable diversities in all kinds of aspects in English learning...
