Study On Development And Perfection Of National Student Loans In China

Higher education reform is creating new operational mechanism to a market economy. In the process of expanding the scale of higher education in colleges and universities and promoting charge reform in colleges and universities, the situation of the poverty of students is of great concerned by the party and the government. In the situation of limited financial allocations and school funding constraints, the national student loans are becoming the main funding formula in our country. The paper makes the national student loans to the normal analysis, empirical analysis and comparison analysis to educational loans and proposes recommendations. The paper is divided into five sections.Part one: make the meaning of the national student loans system and analyze its content and characteristics.Part two: From a historical and realistic point of view, analyze the historical evolution and identity of the national student loans in our country.
