Within the educational field, the education of the deal is always neglected, with much less researches .Many problems and phenomenons in the development of the deaf are not deeply discussed, especially the many doubts on the problem of language development . Historically, the controversy between hand and tongue were lasting and until now , there is not a certain conclusion still. Since 1980s ,the human beings have known more about the world. As the development of economy and science technology, especially with the use of hearing diagnosis and nearing aid, more and more deaf children who are younger and younger have been diagnosed and the function of those hearing aid has been much more improved. All of these have largely promoted the change in thought of people and these changes well base in material and thinking for the language training of deaf children.The language training purposes on training their hearing till the recovering, and to develop their vocal language, the base on which to bring them back to the main society. Recent years, people have done lots of training experiments to deaf children and have got some achievements. however, during the experiments ,there were some problems unresolved, either in theory, or in method. On the base of language-developing-theory and many practices of language training of deaf children, from individual cases ,taking the language development of normal children as clue, according to the present status of deaf children ,the research did a language training to a deaf research the formed and developed laws of language of deaf children.The training takes the individual teaching method, organically combining the training of hearing, vocalizing, competence and speech .On the base of hearing , in the steps of language forming process of normal children, combining language training content and language environment, it has achieved the premeditated goals and effects through-month training.Through examination, the speech level of this target child has reached the Chinese Deaf Children Health Care Research Center Standard Band 4.From this research , it clarifies concepts, knows about some language developed laws of deaf children and summaries the language graining methods for deaf children so that to improve training effects much better. It also extends the theory and practice of language development from a particular angle.
