With the development of the society and the improvement of the productive forces, thestandard of talented people has become higher and higher. Educators encountered anoutstanding problem, that is, how to train creative students, to improve the comprehensivecompetence.Apparently, the traditional way of teaching cannot meet the demand of the society.Personalization education has become the aim of the educational reform. The ideology ofperson--centered education has been established. Although personalization education isadvocated in China, big--class education is still the widespread from. This makes it hart forpersonalization education to be put into practice.The improvement of the living standard and the education forces makes the small—classeducation possible. The implement of conditions for the realization of personalizationeducation.This thesis explicit the favorable conditions of the implement of personalizationeducation from the class, the teacher—student relationship, and the educational environment,it also inquires into the aim, method and strategy of implement of personalization educationon the basis of small—class education.
