The problem solving is a super intelligence activity of mankind;Man's whole activities are all problem-solving processes. In school education, the student's learning process is a process to discover, analyze and solve problems continuously. Therefore to raise student's problem consciousness and to develop their problem-solving ability is the demand of the education for all-round development. Also it is one of important purposes education. The problem-solving ability of development the student can't escape from the concrete courses. It is an important branch of problem-solving research, but problem-solving research in the chemistry courses has been little. We think in chemistry teaching of the high school the valid path to developing the student's problem-resolving-ability is to implement the classroom teaching with the purpose of developing thinking ability and frontier spirit. The various theories modes of solving problems put forward by the psychologists and high school student's thinking process of the chemistry problem show that the following is the several stages that the student should usually experience in solving the problems: (1) the detection and explicit of problem;(2)Understanding their nature;(3) Choosing and carrying out problems-resolving strategies;(4)Trying the strategies;(5)Evaluating the strategies and introspect the problem-solving processes.Research findings indicates:(1) In the chemistry problem resolving, the difference in problem-solving efficiency results from the difference in student's comprehension of the problems, choice of the strategies, level of constructing knowledge and self-adaptation. (2) The comprehension of problems is the key step to the solution to chemical problems, a good choice of problem-solving strategies contributes to the resolution of the problems. The strategies here include that of analyzing targets to be achieved and methods to be taken, that of analysis strategy, contrary reasoning problem-simplification, idea-diagram and self-questioning. The student's knowledge capacity and comprehension of problems affect the knowledge construction, the cognitive construction of chemical knowledge effects the depth and wide degrees of comprehension of the problems, the choice of the strategies.(3)Self-adaptation influences the whole problem process of resolving the problems. The problem-solving process is one of the student's conscious discoveries, a new cognition construction of knowledge and thinking logically, scenically and creatively. This paper designs a classroom teaching mode of problems-discovering-and-problems-solving, with this mode the teacher creates a situation, and guides the students in solving the problems systematically and scenically. The teaching mode's goal is to promote the students using in different situations, train the student's thinking way, enhance their establishment of problem-awareness and cultivate their ability and originality to resolving problems. This teaching mode's process includes putting forth problems, analyzing problems, solving problems, summaring the case study and initiating to next research. The mode's key stage is the creation of the situation. This mode is proved to be a very much effective teaching paradigm, and way to the cultivation of student's capability of problem-solving.
