There are many current researches on career instruction, which focus on theforeign introduction of career instruction theories or the conclusions of the internalrelatively practices. However, most of these researches are deficient in originalcreation. In recent years, more and more scholars in homeland emphasis on theintroductions of career developing theories and the practice in education. But therealizes are at a standstill at propose and appearing but are no progress in thesystematic demonstrations of the ration and logic necessity of these practices.Particularly, there are lacks of the systematic researches on student career developingtheories, such as university students. This paper will discuss the practice of the massinstruction in the student career program.This paper adopt, measuring and testing to discuss. The measures in this paperare compiled according to the overseas Osipow, Caney & Barak by Lin Xiangjunfrom TaiWan region in 1976, the second adaptation "career determining measure" byChenJinding and the mass self-evaluation measure. The paper according to theinstruction practice of 64 junior students in Tsinghua University to administrate:The mass program is benefit to the members to be better to understandthemselves.The mass program is benefit to the members to build their confidences.The mass program is benefit to the members to realize their career.The mass program is benefit to the members to increase their career-makingability.The research in this paper shows that the mass program has the profound andeffective principle to current university students.
