Strategy Research On The Current Situation And Further Improvement Of Public Physical Education Teachers Resources After High University Combination Revolution In JiLin

The physical education is a crucial issue in the high level education. Whether the physical education is carried out well or not has a great influence in physical quality level of the students, furthermore, in physical quality of next generation of the whole nation. Therefore, researchers and educators engaging in physical education are expected to have not only high moral quality but also high education ability. This issue is closely related to the level of physical education development in a university or in an area. As a result, the resolution related to construct a reasonable physical education personnel shows the great urgency.For the above research purpose, this paper presents the investigation and analysis relative to physical education teachers in current high level universities after some universities in JiLin province were combined. The revolution of university combination involves some venture and uncertainty, however, such revolution produces new chance and development for physical education in Jilin province. The reasonable high education university combination can enhance the use of physical education recourses, accelerates the compromise among various disciplines, improves the schooling quality and increases economy benefit. The further adjustment and improvement of physical education structure after high education university combination was finished, and it will be conducive to the national education cause.
