A Study Of Present Fostering Situation Of Reserve Force Of Pace Skating Of Jilin Province And Developing Strategies

Jilin Province lies in the northeast of China and has a long winter. As it is richly endowed by nature, it is one of the most important provinces in which winter games are widely developed. Pace skating training base was established earlier in Jilin Province, and it has fostered and infused many fine pace skaters to the national team and they all made great achievements in both national and international competitions. But form the 6th National Winter Games in 1987, the average level for pace skating of Jilin Province has been behind that of Heilongjiang Province. Therefore, the study of reserve force for Jilin pace skating by many experts and researchers is of practical significance in quickening the development of Jilin pace skating level. And the very study will result in vigorous role in the provincial, or national strategy of the continuous development of pace skating reserve force. The author of the paper first looks back on the past and present situation of the developing process of Jilin space skating, and makes an induction of it. The author analyses and sorts out the technical data from the significant games, analyzing different competition groups, comparing players'different achievements, consulting technical literature, delivering and collecting questionnaires, interviewing experts, making mathematical statistics, and reasoning from logic. By means of all the above, the author analyses deeply the various factors which affect the continuous development of the foster of the reserve force for Jilin pace skating and reaches the following constructive conclusions:The main factors are: the skaters'future work; the social propaganda; the training facilities; the coaches'training level; leaders'attachment of the importance to it; the competition system; the fostering system; the support from the skaters'parents, and so on:1. Whether pace skaters in Jilin Province will have a good future after their retirement from their sports profession is closely related to the selection and foster of the reserve force of pace skaters, and it is the key to form a fine, continuous and stable echelon of pace skaters.2. Strong social propaganda is one of the most important ways for the public to understand the pace skating event. Therefore, It is the foundation of pace skating sports in Jilin Province to propagate pace skating in the right way so that the parents and their skating children can both become interested in pace skating.3. The serous insufficiency of pace skating grounds has restricted the development of pace skating in Jilin Province, And the huge gap of training facilities between Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province is one of the main factors leading to the basic skill of the reserve force lagging behind that of the latter.4. The coaches'professional quality and training methods are to be enhanced and so is their attitude to their profession. Their current and educational degrees and academic level, and their present training strategies cannot meet the needs of modern training science of pace skating.5. The correlated leaders attach little importance to pace skating and have few chances to go deep into the realities of pace skating. Administrators are not of high comprehensive quality.
