As the coming of 21 century, diathesis education is attracting more attention byall countries of the world. Diathesis education has been advanced since 1980s, and ithas drawn more and more attention by education circles as well as the whole societyafter 10 years practice and theory study. Although there is still discussing aboutdiathesis education in academic circles, the reform of basic education has established.Through scientific diathesis education methods people can get greet improvement andreach unity of individual and society.Since the liberation of China, China's educational world has always beentroubled by the problem of the overweight burdens on students .The causes of theproblem are different. It may be caused by the education itself, our families or oursociety. It may come from the process of the special enforcement of policies, lawsand regulations. The ideologies and traditional culture of the Chinese people maycause this problem, too. The overweight burdens on students not only bend thestudents' bodies, but also burden the psychology of students'. And this may hamperthe healthy growth of students' personality. Additionally, the overweight burdens mayreverse the nature and the task of the basic education in our country. Therefore, theproject of "lightening" can benefit the enforcement of quality education successfully.It can benefit the development of students' creative spirit and practical abilities. It canbenefit the consolidation and improvement of the achievements in the nine-yearcompulsory education. So, the action of "lightening" is imperative.
