The development ofextracurriliar training of P.E is very significant to realizing our country's training thereserve talents by multi-formly , through many channels, at many levels.This text is on the basis of documents and materials, and research 39high schoolwhich attended 2005 Shandong school cup basketball match and traditional projectbasketball match including 54 coach and 230 students. The paper adopts researchmethods of the questionnaire , the interview law of the expert , statistic law ofmathematics and physics ,etc.,The result is:1. The extracurriliar training mechanism of basketball in middle school ofShandong takes shape tentatively, team members' body condition and basketballtechnique has improved rapidly. the tournament organization tends to the scientificprocess. The training condition is good, the facility is good, both can satisfy thetraining.2.The training of scienticism level is low . The coach's professional qualificationsremain to improve. Select suitable materials and has not formed system engineering.Learn the state troublingly in athlete's culture, it is contradictory and stillcomparatively outstanding to learn and train. The school has not adopted the validincentive mechanism by oneself in management, it is not clear enough that thedevelopment goal of the team makes a reservation.Developing approaches:1.
