The recruit number of students increases year by year.However, because vocational schools reduce threshold and change policy of recruitingstudents, the comprehensive skill of students go comparatively down, which bringstremendous pressure to teaching work.By investigating we find when students enterschools they not only get worse chemistry result but also show many characteristicssuch as: the studying interest is not high, weak consciousness of questioning, thethinking is not active, the ability of discovering and settling problems is bad and so on.Many teachers can not adjust and investigate a new teaching method in time accordingto students'present condition . They always persist in "engraft knowledge all along inclass" and "teachers talk alone in class". It result in students'passive condition thatthey have nothing to do and don't understand in class. The atmosphere is depressed inclassroom and teaching efficiency is low. To carry out the teaching principle "takestudent as the center" really, and raise teaching quality of big area. Under the premiseof the class teaching system, the question teaching method has been one of validteaching means gradually, and the core of problem teaching is question design.Question design is that teacher must make the core principle of development asthe basic thing. According to characteristics of different knowledge, students'cognition level and experience, teachers chose best questions and set up reasonablescene of showing problems from the type and difficulty and step degree of problem.By putting question design into practice in teaching , teachers can reduce teachingdifficulty ,adjust students' thinking, promote the construction of students, knowledge,and then raise teaching quality.In the question design and study of teaching, "recently develop area "theory,construct doctrine study theory and disseminate theory provide theories foundation forthe research of this topic.
