Education is the hope of nation's rejuvenation, and teachers are the hope of education's rejuvenation. With the deepening of education reforms throughout the world in recent years, people have gradually realized that teachers play an important role in education reforms and Teachers Maturity is the key to reach successful education reforms. Teachers Maturity, is facing to education, is achieved in the process of education. Education in 21st century is led by modern Aesthetic Education. It provides higher requirements for teachers' maturity. Teachers should seek a kind of spirit of Aesthetic Education which surpasses that of morality, reason, speciality and aesthetic appreciation. The spirit of Aesthetic Education is the highest pursuit in Teachers Maturity.This paper is composed of five parts:Part 1: Generalization. Through reviewing predecessors' research on Teacher's maturity and rethinking the problems existed, the author's point of view and basic trains of thought are presented.Part 2: View of modern Aesthetic Education and new methods for Teachers maturity. The view of modern Aesthetic Education is founded on the basis of criticizing the established views of Aesthetic Education. Further analysis is presented to higher-rank requirements which are directed to innate qualities of teachers by the view of modern Aesthetic Education.Part 3: Pursuit for the spirit of Aesthetic Education in Teachers maturity. This part recalls the pursuit for Teachers maturity in the history of human beings. Through analyzing the problems existed in Teachers maturity under the circumstances of different spiritual pursuit, it is reached that the sprit of Aesthetic Education is the highest goal inteachers maturity, and teachers' pursuit for the spirit of Aesthetic Education should be analyzed against a background of education.Part 4: Significance of the spirit of Aesthetic Education for Teachers maturity. The spirit of Aesthetic Education can harmonize the elements in Teachers maturity, induce teachers to pursue good qualities, stimulate them to examine the beauty in their profession and lead them to live beautiful professional lives with great significance.Part 5: Achievement of the spirit of Aesthetic Education in Teachers maturity. This part discusses the establishment of the spirit of Aesthetic Education in practice.
