The Status And Effect Of University In National Innovation Systems

The research of this paper is based on science technique, management, economics,and complexity science. On the method, this paper pays attention to the followingfew aspects particularly(:1)the combination of theories and experience(,2)the systemmethod,(3)comparison analysis method,(4)the data analysis and figure analysismethod. The emphases of this paper are the status and effect of University in scienceand technology Innovation Systems. The full text is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1, foreword introduce thispaper writing of background, research of purpose, research of method and frame, thispaper's contents and innovation point briefly;Chapter 2 analyzes some concepts ofnational innovation systems, and points out this paper's research objects. And theconclusion is the base of chapter 3, 4 and 5;Through comparing CAS with university,Chapter 3 enumerates a great deal of data to prove university is the main force ofscience innovation system on the aspect of devotion;Chapter 4 points out the corepart of technology innovation system is enterprise. By giving the 1995-2002 year'sstatistics to open out enterprise is not the core part. But after 1999, enterprise becomesthe core part of technology innovation. But enterprise still face some difficulty, itneeds university's help;Chapter 5 is not a point of this paper, but national innovationsystems are a system, therefore, this paper must discuss the next systems. This chapterpoints out university own some predominance of science and technology transmitting.
