As the traditional education theories are clashed nowadays when the educational resources becomes richer, it is well known that the key to deepen the educational reform is that we must change our education theories. Suffered by this situation, the theories for the moral education in the middle school is changing, too. It is my original intention that how can we use this kind of situation as the turning point to create a new situation in the area of the moral education in the middle school.Firstly, the article here simply explains the basic kinds of connotation and theessential features of two education theories--------- "take the teachers as the basis" ,"take the students as the basis", and it s the way to show that we must change our education theories to make clear the reform direction of the moral education in the middle school; Secondly, the article here analyses the historical inevitability that we must change the education theories of the moral education in the middle school from 1949 to now; At last, the article here thinks about some problems that might happen in the changing period and the countermeasures, such as: deal with the relationship between the teachers and students correctly, train the ability of self-education for the students, blaze new trails for the way to do the morals educations, etc. I can say that it's the words spoken from the bottom of my heart that this article may give free rein to improve the moral education in the middle school.
