The ignorance of Audio-visual education, characterized with visuality, vividness, typicality, and varieties, has led to negative effects on adolescents by present ill-made audio-visual products so that quality products should fail to play an active role in education. Therefore, this thesis studies how audio-visual products can be efficiently used for education against the demand for curriculum reform of high school Chinese teaching.This thesis has adopted deductive-inductive method and conducted empirical studies, through which some concrete and efficient methods have been found with view to teaching practice for high school Chinese teaching.To sum up, this thesis sees its significance both in the proposal that audio-visual teaching means should be of great importance in high school Chinese teaching and in the suggestion of some concrete and feasible methods. This research shows that audio-visual teaching can take advantage of seeing, hearing, experiencing, and thinking so as to stimulate students' interests owing to its priority over the present cultural notion teaching in education and that it is an invaluable teaching means in the coming Chinese teaching thanks to its educational advantages over the traditional.
