Actual Status Of Individual Teaching Research In Primary School And Development Strategy

With the gradual spread and advancement of course reform, professional development of primary school teacher has reached a new high. Individual teaching research is an integration of research and study, which centers the focus on teachers and educational work of school.This paper reveals the actual status of individual teaching research of primary school and analyses the reasons for individual teaching research restriction, which is according to the in-depth investigation of individual teaching research of four primary schools in Chengguan district of LAN Zhou. Moreover, operational ideas and suggestions are put forwarded on how to develop individual teaching research effectively based on characteristics of primary school teachers.The paper is divided into five parts. In part one, it indicates that teachers have to resolve micro issues of teaching practice in detail during the deep development of course reform. In part two, it explains the meaning, characteristics, basic factors, action method, basic process and operation of individual teaching research from the aspect of background. In part three, research thoughts and methods together with the process are indicated. In part four, it makes an conclusion of main problems exist in individual teaching research and the restricted reason, which is made on the investigation of individual teaching research of four primary schools in Chengguan district of LAN Zhou. In part five, based on the above analyze, to build innovated teaching system, improve the capability of teachers, and create a better air for learning, operational ideas and suggestions are put forwarded on development of individual teaching research.
