In order to study the effects of different type of exercise on neural ststem,we investigated the influence of Aerobic Exercise and Exhaustive Exercise on electric activity of rats hippocampus CAI neurons and the ability of leaming and memory of Rats. The Results showed that after the 10d swimming, the aerobic training group has no significent change in normal behavior and situation as compared to the control group. However the weight of over-load training group decreased significantly and the behavior and normal situation showed that they were exhaustive.Extracelluar recards in vivo were made from hippocampus CAI neurons. The results showed that both the spontaneous discharge and envoked discharge decreased significantly in over-load training group and that of the aerobic tranning group higher than control group .The results indicated that the exercise might influence the neuron system by alter the electric activity of neurons .On the other hand, the effects of aerobic training on the neuron system might be a long-time mechanism and this influence has no significant consequence in short-time.The ability of learning and memory of rats after different type of training were investigated by a multi-function box for conditioned reflex training passive avoidance .The experiment result just like the electric activity that the learning and memory of aerobic training group is higher than control group and that of exhaustive training group. However, the exhaustive training group is great lower than control group and aerobic group. This indicate that the effects of exercise on hippocampus neurons discharge might be one of the mechanism of exercise change the ability of learning and memory. But the deeper research is necessary for this .
