School physical education that is an important part of quality-Oriented education is an inevitable approach to improve students'body and mind health, harmony and full-scale development. As being short of developed economic area in southwest region. Guizhou economy is backward, its educational condition are unfavorable and development of school physical education is lagging. Under the background of western development and national curricular reform, in order to carry out the important national tactics of driving ahead the quality-Oriented education overall and performing to make the country prosperous by science and education, which was advocated by the state by the state council of central committee of communist party of China's decision about deepening the education reform and advancing all-round the quality-Oriented education in 1999, and improve the development of school physical education in Guizhou village areas of national minorities. This article explored the physical education reform of Guizhou village schools of national minorities, and proposed the approaches that improve student's health, harmony and full-scale development through the study on the school physical education of Guizhou village areas of national minorities. Using the methods of questionnaire, documentation, concrete investigation, interview, statistics and so on, and investigating the current states of school physical education and curricular resource of national minorities village areas in Guizhou 43 Counties. This article analyzed the necessity and feasibility of exploration and usage of school physical education and curricular resource that were performed in Guizhou village areas of the national minorities. Combined with the real situations of Guizhou province, this article are searched and explored that these schools from the village areas of national minorities are short of the sports equipments, grounds and teachers'fee. In current and future historical age, these schools still can't use the modern sports ways to perform the school physical education. In this situation, to diploid and use the curricular resources of physical education, such as the folk custom and cultural activities of minorities, curricular resources of national traditional sports items, resources of natural geography, national instrument, community shareable equipments, ground resources, teachers'human resources and so on, become the principles, approaches and plans to resolve the realistic problems of school physical education in Guizhou village areas of the national minorities.
