Culture is the matrix of education, and a certain education is always the result of a certain culture. School culture not only exists as a kind of educational pattern, also as a kind of cultural pattern deriving from special cultural system even more. The school of our country faces comparatively complicated cultural ecological environment, cultural conflict and complicated cultural value choosing. Therefore, the primary task in front of us is to clarifying and constructing the idea of value. That is to say, school education is to discerning, filtering, developing and constructing culture under the guidance of certain culture values. From the narrowly defined cultural concept to understand the intension of school culture, it thinks that the main structure of school culture composing by teachers'culture, students'culture and curriculum culture. School cultural choosing is to comb, investigate, analyze and review school culture in an all-round way according to certain value standard and position, to carry on negative clearing up and affirmative, constructive, dialectical judge, and to pick and fetch and absorb or neglect and get rid of some meaning and practice as key point. It takes the cultural choosing method of developing the useful and discarding the useless culture dealing with school culture, among which it draws out the rational kernel conforming to real needs of today, and make the new annotation of its realistic value. We think, teacher, curriculum and student develop in the intercourse, making the blend of school culture as subjective existence with three subcultures as objective existence. Its result is to appear " the cultural community of the school ", thus realizing the basic starting point and home of" promoting students to develop in an all-round way ". The meaning in school to culture is not merely simple transmission and inheriting, also lies in re-constructing constantly. The re-constructing of school culture is important component school constructing, which chooses, designs, transforms, and creates modern school culture based on humanity. It involves behavior of man, also guides man, and moulds man from deep aspect of values. The starting point of Modern school is based on cultivation and the total goal is to cultivating modern man possessing Chinese nation's soul and sight of world. The concrete goal is to enrich students' cultural inside information, establish the correct values, promote the development of student, upgrade the educational teaching idea, build a teaching contingent with high artistic appreciation and Create the ideal culture atmosphere of suiting student's development. Concretely speaking, we should develop student's cultural entity in re-constructing student's culture, establishing the status and function of student entity in culture sharing and changing; Cultivate students' cultural judgment, developing students'latent potential of cultural innovation; Strengthen students'curriculum adaptability, making it reaches the combines state of students'non-mainstream culture and normative mainstream culture that curriculum transmits. In re-constructing teacher's culture, we think it will hinder the constructing of school culture of obdurate and guarded teachers'culture. Teacher should be changed from simply knowledge transmitter to the guider of students'study. The teacher-student relationship is transformed to " equal type ", and they are intercourse with each other. And then become persons who understand and cooperate with each other. From the development of teachers'profession, teachers should also be reflective thinker. On re-constructing curriculum culture, curriculum culture is not a kind of static existence. Curriculum culture is a natal constructive culture in the course of the establishment of curriculum goal, structure, and content and in the implementation of curriculum development and assessment. On the culture of curriculum goal, it will realize the transformation from knowledge theory to the educational theory of the subject, regarding mans development as the core. On the culture of curriculum content, It will pays close attention to the choosing of traditional high-quality culture and embodiment degree, Paying close attention to the holding attitude of curriculum content that reflects the mingle and conflict between new culture and former culture, between mainland culture and extra culture, between mainstream culture and minority culture and sub-culture, Paying close attention to recessive culture of curriculum content, and Paying close attention to how teacher and student understand and construct curriculum culture through developing curriculum content. On the Implementation of curriculum culture, it advocates cooperation of participation, advocates relenting difference, and advocates understanding. On the assessment of curriculum culture, first it puts forward a kind of objective assessment measure, making quantitative analysis to curriculum. Secondly, according to observing the show of students'behavior, it does qualitative analysis, after that, it implements rational reflection to the curriculum on the basis of objective assessment, to exert the role of diagnosis of rational reflection correctly.
