Teachers should neglect old education ideas and actions in the new curriculum reform. The research of teachers'adaptation course is the key to the success of reform. In this research,by questionnaire,interview and observation,the writer investigated the primary teachers in dalian. The research results disclose that teachers'abilities to adapt to the new curriculum reform are increasing. The changes of cognition and non-cognition are more obvious than the action. The influential factors include inside and outside ones. On this basis,the writers give some advises,including advancing team,school-based teacher training,teachers'self-evaluation,teacher-Learning Group ,the empower and effective management.
