The proposition of the socialist harmonious society has put forward a new request for education. Educational ideas, educational purposes , educational ways should all be adjusted and reformed again, which makes the importance of Chinese teachers' cooperative quality come out prominently. This thesis analyzes and discusses Chinese teachers' cooperative quality from the aspect of building the socialist harmonious society.The whole thesis is divided into seven parts.In the introduction and a summary of documents, we argue that Chinese teachers' cooperative quality adapted to the socialist harmonious society is an important subject that lies before the present education circle.In the first part of the thesis we expatiate on the essential feature of the socialist harmonious society and its impact on education and Chinese teachers'quality.The second part concerns the analysis of the concept of cooperative quality and the basic connotation of Chinese teachers' cooperative qu(?)lity.The third part focuses on a deep discussion about the re(?)tion structures involved in Chinese teachers' cooperative quality, including the cooperation between Chinese teacher and student, Chinese teacher and parents, Chinese teacher and headmaster, Chinese teacher and other subject teacher, Chinese teacher and society, etc..The fourth part gives a brief analysis on the unfavorable factors that influence Chinese teachers'cooperative quality.The fifth part is an elementary discussion on how to improve the...
