A retrospect to the footprint of the sports development in our country in these years proves that the existing system is not only the assurance of the glorious achievements of yesterday but also plays an very important role today. As the economic and social systems transform in our country, the existing system gradually falls behind the development of the society. Various shortages of become obvious.
