School-based curriculum(SBC) is the significant content in curriculum reform of fundamental education, but some problems that need urgent solutions definitely exist in it. Through using historical literature research, investigation research and comparative research, the present thesis combs and analyzes the problems existing in school-based curriculum development(SBCD) and puts forword the corresponding suggested solutions on the basis of the research achievements at home and abroad, combined with the investigation into SBCD. The discussion of the thesis is conducted from the three perspectives as follows: Part â… : "SBC and SBCD", it includes SBC, the connotation and significance of SBCD, the transformation in curriculum management brought about by SBCD, the conditions and strategies for SBCD and the related theories that can be borrowed in SBCD, etc., striving for a definite boundary of SBCD and clear interpretation of some basic ties with overall importance in SBCD on the basis of analyzing and integrating others'research achievements. Part â…¡: The difficulties met and problems existing in SBCD. According to the literature research, supported by the investigation in Guiyang City, it focuses on the explanation of the difficulties and problems existing in the domestic SBCD after summarizing the problems existing in SBCD abroad and further concludes them into ten aspects, trying to get a relatively overall understanding. Part â…¢: Difficulty-surmounting and problem-solving solutions. The pattern of one-to-one algorithm is not adopted in the discussion of the suggested solutions, but it tries to embody the tendency of contemporary education reform, teacher development and the new idea of school education and education management, and strives for an analysis of suggested solutions beyond the level of considering something as it stands. To sum up, it tries to discuss the suggested solutions with a wider horizon.
