| Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is a kind of new education form, which starts at the beginning of the eighties of the 20th century, and takes shape in the 1990s. It is the new things appearing in the field of education after China's reform and opening-up. Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools develops very fast for over ten years, and has already become one of the important forms of international exchange and cooperation in the field of education, and make up the new pattern of higher education of our country with the public school, privately-run school together. Especially until our country joining WTO, it exerts the far-reaching influence for meeting people's diversified education needs and promoting our country higher education towards the world, etc. With our country internationalization of higher education, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools will develop progressively towards more large range, more wide field and more high-level.This thesis describes the current development situation about Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools on the basis of reviewing its historical development at first; secondly, the author sums up some problems about Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, and then, analyzes deeply its causes of formation with document research, interview and case method. It is concluded that Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools develops very fast, and promote the development of our country's higher education generally, and shows a good prospect. However, there are some phenomenon and problems which deviate from its purpose and direction during cooperatively running a school and are not solved in time, which has already influenced the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools seriously; and these problems has produced certain negative effect in the society; and there is a influence for permeating for western cultural consciousness and educational sovereignty. So the fourth part specially analyzes the issues about cultural consciousness in permeate phenomenon and educational sovereignty of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, the author also hopes these will be paid attention to by the administrator and school-runner. And the fifth part carries on research and proposes some suggestions on how to solve these problems: firstly, cooperatively-run school's purpose should clearly and its direction should correctly; secondly, cooperatively-run school should verify strictly and choose the cooperative target cautiously; thirdly, cooperatively-run school should structure the special mechanism of management and strengthen supervision and management; fourthly, cooperatively-run school should establish quality evaluation system, and assure and promote the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools towards the healthy and orderly direction. |
