With the expanding of the university education, China has more and more yang persons with high potential ability. As the same time of burgher's diathesis developing, the university education is facing big pressure of employment. So it becomes a very urgent problem that how to exploit the potential ability of the university graduates, and make them have more competence when they get new job. The study of Pre-career training has already got a lot of useful result. Especially the Germany model of training, which based on the enterprise, uses the real work to train the student. They care more about the working ability and knowledge skills appliance. Another country that gets further is Japan. Its Pre-career training is lie on the university and college themselves. However, these models of training still have big distance with the reality of Chinese high education. This article's content includes the pre-career training demand assuring, training system, training time, training quality monitor and so on. We analyze the college and university graduates pre-career training systematically, and gets the related countermeasures: the systematical model and the measures of the training controlling and managing.
