The Integrative Curriculum And Teachers' Professional Development

The integrative curriculum offers teachers more professional power, and it brings out more desire to teachers for their ability on renewing ideas, expanding knowledge, teaching skills and science studying, so teachers must improve themselves. It is not very long time since The Moral and Society curriculum has been put in practice, so teachers have a lot of obfuscation both on ideas and on behaviors, especially on how to unify the conception and the action. So it is very important to find some strategy for teachers' development. My study is based on some results both here and abroad about the integrative curriculum .I have gone into the classes for more than one years, and as a result of intercommunion with teachers, I catch the point of their obfuscations both on ideas and on behaviors, and gotten acquainted with the evolution and the problem.
