The deep implementation reforming with new course, teacher's specialized process isaccelerated day by day, the development of course resources seems particularly important withbenefitting. The arrival of the information-intensive society plays an more and more importantrole to the teacher's specialization development. Specialization development and application inthe educational field of information technology of the teacher, the domestic and internationalscholar carries on fruitful research, acquire a great achievement. But fuzzy to educationalprofessional concept of aid of field, teacher especially need which argumentation of less,especially the theory and practice are out of step, enable lacking pertinence to the teacher'sprofessional aid , cause teacher's waste of time and blindness which the teacher train. Correctly information-based course resources of this paper have carried on the briefsurvey to the influence that teacher's specialization develop, here to 5 middle schools of largeand medium cities, the middle schools of 5 county towns. 5 rural middle schools carry on onthe foundation of the investigation experiment , have analysed and used information-basedcourse resources emphatically to the biological teaching of the school and influence ofteacher's specialization development, the difference of the data obtained before and afterrelatively testing, draw the information-based impact on teacher's specialized process of courseresource. Study through the experiment of this paper, obtain the main conclusion: 1. It can change the teaching idea that the school lead to implement professional aid to theteacher while using information-based course resources, promote the school to buildinformation-based hardware, promote the educational modernization of the school. 2.Using information-based course resources to the information engineering level that canimprove the teacher that the teacher implement professional aid , thus can bring about anadvance in the teacher's speciality . 3.Using information-based course resource implement to teacher professional aid canimprove information-based course resource application frequency of the classroom instruction,accelerate the information-based process of the rural school objectively. 4.Using information-based course resource teacher implement professional aid canimprove between teacher and information-based course level of understanding of resourcecorrectly, having changed the teacher's teaching behavior objectively, the teacher's educationidea has been promoted, the teaching way changes, benefit the implementation of new course. 5.Information-based course resources can narrow the disequilibrium of course resourcesbetween the city and village , promote the balanced development that educated in urban andrural areas.
