Content: Advertising is a hi-tech service industry which is not only knowledge-intensive, but technology-intensive and talent-intensive. Its development is an important index which measures the development of China's market economy, technological development, comprehensive economical strength and social cultural quality with human resources as its core resource.This paper presents the current situation of personnel training and the demand for talents in advertising. After analyzing the modes of present professional training in advertising, the paper proposes the idea of applying E-learning in perfecting the training in advertising in Jiangxi which emphasizes the theoretical exposition of its application model's construction and application, In all, the paper consists of five chapters.Chapter 1 gives an account of the development and the prospect of advertising in Jiangxi as well as in China. It analyzes the difficulties advertising in Jiangxi encounters and points out that the top priority is talents.Chapter 2 gives a description of the definition of talents in advertising and its connotation. By enumerating and analyzing the current training modes in advertising, the second chapter proposes the idea of applying e-learning in perfecting the training in advertising in Jiangxi.Chapter 3 defines E-learning and its connotation and gives a brief description of the studies of relevant theories of E-learning and its application.Chapter 4 constructs a diagram of the model of the application of E-leaming in perfecting the training in advertising in Jiangxi and emphasizes the foundation and method of its construction from different angles, which is the core of this paper.Chapter 5 explores thoroughly the application model's five links and analyzeshow to applicate E-learning to perfect the training in advertising in Jiangxi, which is the difficulty of this paper.
