Through the analysis and quoting as proof to people' s learning abilities of stage of different age, the author thinks that the old man, even the advanced aged people still possess the learning ability . Moreover, the old people can also grasp the network technology which represent the modern science and technology, of course including the Internet. The network environment of Internet is the one faced by our times, it makesgreat influence to every respects of social life to aged population, its influence was not reduced at all.
