Content: Carrying out the quality education in an all-round way is a deep innovation in our china educational undertaking .Because of the effect of heritage, environment and education ,the quality of students has evolved different high and low degree objectively .That is to say ,the development of students' bodies and minds, intellectual levels and receptive abilities have appeared in an unbalanced way. In order to help teachers teach students in accordance with the students' aptitude, respect the individual difference of students fully and develop students' personalities and also improve the teaching quality, a new task—Multidegree Teaching Method has been presented recently, which is one of the effective ways to carry out the quality education. And based on the quality education, Multidegree Teaching Method will pay much more attention to the development of students' personalities and the cultivation of students' adaptability and creativity, which makes each student study useful and beneficial geographical knowledge. So each student can become a qualified citizen who has a high standard geographical quality in 21st century . With so many years teaching practice and teaching experience, I have realized the importance of Multidegree Teaching Method.Also I have already put it into my teaching practice initially. The geography of senior one students must learn and pass. But the intellectual levels of students are different. How can our teachers improve the geographical abilities of all the students? I think it should be an effective teaching method at present, which includes students' degree and teachers' degree. The students were grouped according to their different knowledge about geography. The teacher secretly divided them in the same class into three different groups, that is, Group A(weak),Group B(middle) and Group C(strong). Mutidegree teaching means that when the teachers plan the lessons, they should consider the students of different levels. So should they when they present the questions. Besides, the different tasks and exams should be included. One year later, although the gap between the students still existed, their results in the exams improved in different ways. Group A made more progress than Group B and Group C .The students changed their attitudes towards geography class and their learning habits more or less improved. They felt more confident of their class and got into the habit of thinking and finishing their tasks individually. Especially the students in Group A, were more active in class. The students of different levels participated in the activities more than before. They meant to do better in all kinds of activities and were often encouraged by the teacher. Although one year is a short time and in most students' opinions geography isn't so important as other subjects, these students actually learned a lot of practical knowledge and developed their abilities of relating to their life and analyzing problems. Meanwhile, they were more confident in this subject. The multidegree teaching did make students experience the happiness of being successful.
