Physics is a science which study and explicates the development and law of the nature. It is a foundation science of the nature science, it is very important to the development of national economy and technology. Research study is now being absorbed into the teaching progress, which plays an important role in the teaching.As one of the learning approaches, the research study is a process of discovering problems and inquiring problems individually and finally come to the conclusions with the direction of the teacher, but nowadays junior middle school physics teaching makes don't make full use of it because of the limited foundation, and limited teaching materials. All these shortcuts of research study drag down the validity of the research studies This paper want to summarize the advantages and shortcuts of the research program and analyze the validity of the research study.This article makes a deep analysis into the research study, and the full text isdivided into 5 parts. The first part deals with the significance of the physics study and the problems present in the junior middle school physics teaching. The second part represents the characteristics of junior middle school physics teaching and the theory foundation of the Research study program. The third part we discussed the validity of the research study program and some error approaches about the program. The fourth part puts forward some relevant suggestions in the implementation of the research study program.
