Study Of The Reform And System Of Administration Of The Socialization Of Real Service At University

The reform of socialization of real service at university is a new project. This paper focuses on the study, exploration and expanse of real service to make it more suitable for the enlarged enrollment, development of university so that more senior school graduates can have opportunities to pursue their study at university and more special talents and excellent creative students can be cultivated.This paper begins with the goal, significance and present state, analyzes the experience of reform, especially the reform of Hunan Agricultural University in the recent five years. Based on the practice in a thousand universities, this paper summarizes several modes of reform, analyzes the hot issue, and puts forward some ways and suggestion about the problems facing the present reform.This paper is clear in its way of study and its method and theory are closely related to reality. As a result, it is systematic and reasonable in organization, and rich in content. What makes it impressive is its ways and suggestion together with the practice of reform in Hunan Agricultural University, which can act as example for other provincial university.
