Research On The Comparison Of Biology Textbooks In Senior High School Both At Home And Abroad

At present, the new curriculum reform is being carried out in the basic education. The reforming core of basic education is the standard of curriculum and the reform of textbooks. Developing new textbooks is an important task for the curriculum reform and it is also an important form of the reforming result.Biology is an important science in senior high school. Knowing about Biology has become a scientific necessity of every citizen. In order to adapt to the development of modern times, there is a new reform of Biology in senior high school in our country. New textbooks are main links in the systematic project of curriculum reform in senior high school.This paper begins with the development course of biology textbooks in senior high school. It analyzes and studies the construction and development of the textbooks and biology teaching present situation in senior high school of our county. Combining the new curriculum course reform in biology experiment textbooks, it makes comparisons and analyses of the old biology textbooks, and meanwhile it also makes comparisons of the foreign textbooks. It draws a conclusion that great progress has been made in the construction of textbooks of diversity, stereoscopic, local features and different demands.Through comparing the features of textbooks both at home and abroad, using the successful reform experience of other country for reference, and combining the present situation of our country. This paper puts forward constructive ideas on the reform and development of biology textbooks in our country and provides further revising and writing basis for implementing the new curriculum and textbooks.
