"Hierarchy and Mobile Teaching System" is in tune with the new round curriculum reform in the elementary education, which calls for going ahead with senior high school credit system. It has broken the limitation of the "traditional Class Teaching System" to ensure a true teaching mode based on individual differences. "HMTS" has many differences in teaching administration with "C T S" such as teaching instructional objectives, curriculum school resources educational assessment etc. Educators often get into many problems in their implementation of "HMTS". Through my objective investigation of "HMTS", I intend to learn the condition of it and propound improving measures according to the problems, and attempt to put forward a comparatively perfect mode.Under the guidance of relevant theories, I began with recalling the history of relevant research work carried out in foreign countries and our country as well. My attempt was to find ways of improving "HMTS" through hierarchy theories and experience of American senior credit system. In the base of investigation of Shen Zhen High-ranking High School and my participation in "HMTS" of Shen Zhen Xing Zhi Vocational School, through the analysis and comparison between the two schools, I have found out the advantages that it will elevate teaching benefit, it is in favor of the development of the students' individuality, and it presents education equity indeed. Meanwhile, I have dug out some problems: First, it is difficult to master the standard of hierarchy. The second, it is hard to control the class. And Students in Class C are short of confidence. While students in Class B tend to be satisfied with their present situation. Group adjustment and outside-class coaching are difficult. I think it's important that we care about not only the advanced students, students dropping behind, but also the medium students. I suggest that we should arrange teachers teaching over two different groups, in which students should be in further hierarchy, only realized by the teacher, according to their different levels. Team teaching is suggested to solve the problem of group adjustment and outside-class coaching. And I believe that it is good for students to reduce their number in class C. I hope that my ideas can throw some light on those who are interested in the Hierarchy and Mobile Teaching System.
