Student managerial institution is a regulation system in order to restrain student behavior. People pay great attention to student managerial institution that turn into an argumentative object. Because schoolmaster hopes to obtain school educational target by student managerial institution that sometimes become handicap. In order to resolve the dilemma, some schools have explored many experiences, for example reinforcing enforcement, reducing institutional rigidity. But the measure can't downright resolve problems because of scantly considering for institutional rationality. Student managerial institutional change and innovation indirect influence institutional quality. Therefore, the study discusses student managerial institution from the institutional change and innovation dynamic angle, which aims at improve the quality of student institutional live and school education.To obtain research object and resolve problems, the study adopts the research course as fellows. By summing up general institutional theory and educational institutional theory, the study analyses the essence, the function and actual condition of student managerial institution. Subsequently, the study expounds the mechanism of student managerial institution. At last, the study expounds possible strategies of student managerial institution based at our national school. The paper consists of five parts:Part 1 of the paper discusses school managerial institution from the new institutional theory angle. By discriminating the essence of institution and describing the condition of our national educational practice, the part expounds school managerial institution, which is the background of analyzing student managerial institution. At same time, the part describes student managerial institution of American, Japan, and France, which afford international angle to analyze our school.Part 2 focuses on analyzing the mechanism of student managerial institutional change. By demonstration research and analyzing institutional theory, the part looks for the disparity both the deal and the real. Specially, the reason of disparity is deep expounded, as is the base to explain student managerial institutional innovation.Part 3 focuses on the mechanism of student managerial institutional innovation.The route and the time of student institutional change are close to quality of institutional innovation. So, the part specially expounds phenomenon of time delay and route dependence. Subsequently, the study puts forward measures to answer phenomenon.Part 4 discusses strategies to carry forward student managerial institutional innovation. Any innovation must adapt efforts to specific circumstance. The real of our school is the start of student managerial reformation. The part expounds strategies from three angles: the level of institutional innovation, role of participators and special strategies.The last part expounds general institutional value of discussing student managerial institutional change. Because any student managerial institutional isn't perfect, school should heighten the institutional rationality by the institutional change. So schoolmaster, teacher, student and parent should participate in the process of student managerial institutional innovation There are main viewpoints of the study and several problems that need been farther studied.
