Study On Current Talent Pattern Of Cooperating To Educate Between Universities In China And Foreign

Internationalizes in higher education are becoming necessity because of affection of economy globalization.In order to adopt this situation, our government has carried out a series of policies to encourage Chinese education to cooperate to educate talents and has got certain achievements, but there are still some problems such as: imbalance of position in cooperation; waste of resources and so on. In practice Chinese universities have explored some patterns with own characteristics in cooperating to educate. We can sum up as follows: the pattern of merger; loose and graft patterns.Since the 21st century, cooperation of Chinese and foreign universities has shown its new characteristics after China has joined WTO and carried out the regulation to cooperate to run schools between China and foreign universities, particularly display: the scope of cooperating to educate has been broaden; scale and gradation in cooperating have been improved; Mixture in culture and knowledge have been strengthened and the idea of benefit in cooperation have been set up.According to new characteristics in cooperating to educate talents, Chinese universities must obey some principles in choosing pattern of education: scientific, concrete, practical operation and so on, at the Same time, It also raises some basic demands to construction of patterns in cooperation. In order to promote cooperation, we put forward some ideas about the patterns in cooperating to educate talents between China and foreign countries, as follows: Internationalization in objective of education, in curriculum, and in evaluation about talents, and comprenhensivation in means of cooperation.In addition, in order to assure enforcement effectively, we think we should do these work: to renew concepts; to innovate systems and to formulate laws and regulation to guarantee, and go further step and step.
