Encouragement, a means which notably inspires people with initiative and prompts themto make progress, is adopted widely in management. In way of questionnaire, we found thatstudents gain little encouragement when being educated in senior middle school. Lackingencouragement becomes one of the most important causes which leads students to lose thefeel of happiness self-confidence and restricting the development of the students. Thedevelopments of emotion, elf-awareness, human relations and mentality make a greaterdifference than before in senior students. Focusing on these differences and carrying out theguiding principle of the CPC, he paper suggests that the six principles followed can beadopted in course of encouragement education: layering principle, moderation principle,positive consolidating principle, consistency principle, generalizing principle, and theprinciple of the combination of substance spirit. Also there are seven means to environmentstudents example, objective, process, emotion, expectation trust evaluation and environment.Then school achievement and personality of the student can develop completely through theeducation of encouragement.
