Content: When children are born with a language acquisition device which is a unique kind of knowledge that fits them for language learning , they can learn their native language very fast and become fluent speakers in the period of four or five years. After twelve years' learning, about 2700 courses, children only acquire good knowledge about language theory, but low competence of language expression. Comparing with the condition of preschool children's spoken language acquisition, the condition of language teaching in scientific world is quite inefficient. If we can make a conclusion about the rules of preschool children' oral language acquisition, and then follow ,combine the original advantages of language teaching in scientific world, it will be a quite good method to improve our teaching efficiency. In this paper the author finds some rules in the process of children's language acquisition with reviewing literature of home and foreign research achievements: Firstly, the children never seem to make such conscious, painstaking efforts in acquiring their mother tongue only through the natural language input and output: Secondly, learners get the langrage in the communication, so language practice is the major entrance in the language learning: Thirdly, in the process of acquisition, children obtain sound language which is the transformational basis form inner language to outer language: Fourthly, communicative topics are all controlled by the learners, so the items of language learning is equivalent to the children' level of cognition and real context of situation, furthermore, we can get immediate responds.In the language teaching in scientific world ,we should naturally follow, apply to these rules: such as: stirring the learners' motivation and interest: making lots of language practices directed by scientific methods strengthening the comprehensive competence's cultivation: doing more active dialogues which is relevant to our real life and paying attention to immediate responds: creating good pragmatic environment and so on. If we do a good job, we will make the development of learners' language competence.
