The reforms of courses result in the changes in teaching approaches. First of all, this essay elucidates the necessity of developing new ideas in politics teaching in three ways: internal requirements in the reforms of new courses, disadvantages of traditional teaching methods and the developing requirements in the theory of politics teaching. And then, it illustrates the principals and requirements that should be obeyed in reforming the out-of-date teaching approaches. Finally, it explores two models of learning systems: optional and exploratory, based on the writer's teaching practice and experience.
