Survey And Research On The Cultivation Actuality Of Reserve Forces Of JiangSu Man Football

The cultivation of the reserves is of great strategic importance for the development of competitive sports. Only if it is emphasized, can it offer sustainability to our national sports. To every item, the level will be promoted only when there are a large number of participants to be chosen from. The fact has proved that without a rich reserve of would-be athletes, the item will lag behind in the competition. However, what are the current situations of the cultivation of potential footballers in our province? And are there any problems to be addressed? Therefore, this well deserves an in-depth discussion and investigation.I looked up related references, made surveys by questionnaires and interviews during my research on this topic. It mainly talks about the cultivation of sports talented people and their coaches in adolescent football schools, traditional sports item schools, athletes' schools, adolescent amateur football clubs and team 2,3 of the clubs. Meanwhile, many drawbacks in the systems of cultivation, competition and training of our provincial sports are pointed out.The survey indicates our provincial football is not excellent, which stands at the middle or even the low level of the nation. The number of footballs is small and there is no sign to be more. That must be caused by those unreasonable or irregular situations in potential sportsmen cultivation, current sports competition or training system. For instance, the contradiction between sports and education, the drawbacks in management and competition and training system, the weaknesses of coaches themselves, or the stereotypes people had which were resulted from historicreasons. All these factors mentioned above restrain the development of our provincial football sports. I think my research may share with you my countermeasures.
