Nowadays as the educational field attaches steadily going-up importance to the way that teachers take to make the students learn how to study, pays attention to the student's chief role in class, intelligence factors such as learning motivation and study strategies ,etc. arouse a general concern, and become the hot focus of educational research. To learn how to study is the ultimate goal of study guidance which means that a teacher should control , create , guide the internal factors and external factors which influence student's study in the course of teaching in order to guide students to learn to study according to the course and law of learning, adopting the scientific learning method. Thereby, students will have the good quality of learning quality which will benefit their learning process and development now and in the future. The guidance of study pay close attention to the enthusiasm for learning . Therefore, taking the current research on motivation into account, the thesis puts forward the thought of intriguing and maintaining motivation in succession within the whole intra-area of learning and sets forth a series of complicated, harmonious strategies that aim to the motivation guidance by what will results in our attention to the motivation in an all-round way. We set about by these strategies in the hope of agreement of teachers' structuring the modes of learning guidance about motivation , teachers' guiding their students to the achievement of their tasks and students' self -fashion. Thus, not only enable study rich in the result and efficiency , but also open the lively gate at the same time and consequently make study rich of appeal .So this thesis launches describing from several following respects mainly:Chapter one is the foreword which has mainly stated the sense and goal of study.Chapter two is a general summary about the guidance to learn. It makes out the targets , goals, content of learning guidance and say clearly about theoretical foundation and main principles of it by differentiating and analysing the relationship between learning guidance about motivation and about methods.Chapter three is a summary of the motivation theories. It at first probe into the general concept of the motivation which includes the meaning , model of structure and classification of the motivation, then it discuss several kinds of important motivation theory, for instance .Attribution Theory , Expectancy -Value Theory and Achievement Goal .etc.. Through these discussions, we have had further understanding to motivation, for instance the opinion that motivation has emotion composition and key elements of cognitive simultaneously .etc.. Then it put forward the conditions , principles and concrete strategies of motivation strategies by which leads to the success oflearning guidance. Finally, it deeply analyze motivation factors which lie in Studying study.Chapter four emphatically analyses the general enlightenment about how to design the tutoring system which is brought by motivation. Through putting forward the thought of intriguing and maintaining motivation in succession within the whole intra-area of learning .integrating the imaginations and concept of learning situation ,it lists factors of considerable importance or influence. Finally it summarize general strategies considered causing and maintaining the motivation in Instructional Design and demonstrated how to take some of them into account after comprehensive thinking.Chapter five analyse the flow that the existing Instruction system is designed. After explaining " Guidance - Subject of learning " mode of Instructional System Design, summing up its characteristics , its key element of motivation, the thesis trys to reinforce the motivation factors in the mode using the general principle of the motivation and proposes in detail the continuous and dynamic motivation strategies and prescriptions especially.As " its ring of chirp also seek its different sound of ears with its friend' s sound ", the prescription put forward in this thesis are to...
