In 2001 the new reforming of sport curriculum in Chinese elementary education began .under the background these ideas of "competence education" and "health education" have pretreated into many curriculum fields, now days many scholars of PE made fruitful research on the theory and practice of ideology of PE curriculum goal and curriculum system. And put forth many reform designs.The curriculum of track and field is the primary course and the major curriculum of elementary education. But through our investigation we find the theory of subject even plays the main role in the practice and the competitive ideas is too clear for ourstudents.. They are CD the inner relationship of the object of track and field is not clear (2)There are distance between the objects and the contents(3) The perform ofcurriculum can not meet different student's need (4) The principle of the evaluationare whole but the technology is not advanced .The article carry out some analysis and put forward many principles about the object, content, practice , valuable on the basis of theory and practice. At last some academic policies are brought.
