| Project study, as a new curriculum mode, has become an important means of training students creative consciousness and ability, and it has also become an important platform of training students' applied consciousness and ability. This essay is a theoretical result of the exploration and practice of project study in mathematics teaching in middle school. It is divided into four parts.The first part discusses the origin of project study, the course of development of project study at home and abroad and the basic characteristics, contents and aims of project study.The second part discusses the feasibility and necessity of carrying out project study in mathematics teaching, proves the principles of choosing projects in mathematics teaching, and approaches a general step of carrying out project study in mathematics teaching.The third part introduces several projects the writer has designed, and the projects include mathematics problems in mortgaging a house, mathematics in economic problems and the problems in forecasting typhoon on the sea.The fourth part analyses some problems of project study existing in teaching and the causes of these problems, and put forward some effective measures to settle these problems. |
