Study On Teacher's Continuing Education Of Higher Vocational Education

With the higher vocational education developing quickly and reforming continuously deeply, teachers of higher vocational education are confronted with severe challenges, improving teachers' quality become an pivotal problem, which relates with the whole development of the higher vocational education. Continuing education is an important way to improving teachers' quality and the promoting the development of teachers' major. Enhancing the study on teachers' continuing education, and promoting the implement of continuing education are of great significance for the development of higher vocational education, economy and building well-off society. This article first reviews the different understanding of continuing education, analysis the meaning and development of teachers' continuing education, gives the definition of teachers' continuing education of higher vocational education, based on the development of higher vocational education and the urgent need for the continuing education during the process of building well-off society, this paper expounds and proves the necessity of teachers' continuing education in higher vocational education. Then, through analyzing the current condition of teachers' continuing education in higher vocational education, this paper finds out some problems in the process of continuing education. From the theories of lifelong education, teacher's specialization, study-oriented organization and human capital, this paper expounds the theory foundation. Comparing with teachers' continuing education of higher vocational education abroad, this paper concludes the regular experience. Finally, based on the analysis, this paper puts forward the following suggestion for teachers' continuing education of higher vocational education, such as setting correct idea of continuing education, constituting the policy, enhancing building the teacher training bases of higher vocational and higher academic education, providing the guarantee of outlay, carrying out various of training, establishing the feedback system.
