As college students is a vital new force on our socialist democratic and legal system construction, they play an important role in affecting the advancing process of our Democratic and Legal System Construction to improve Democratic Legal System Perspective. Hence, developing and perfecting Democratic Legal System Perspective in college students is a significant and pressing education task in present colleges and universities. Affected by manifold factors, their viewpoints on Democratic Legal System are partial and lopsided and even somewhat deficient.
