Exploration Of Teachers Education Training Mode For The Comprehensive University

There has always been a controversy among experts and scholars over running teachers education in comprehensive university in our country with the structural adjustment and progressive opening of the teacher education today , there is a great change in its training mode. And there is a more realistic meaning to pose it at thismoment.The comprehensive university participating in teachers education is displaying its advantages and potentialities day by day at present. But due to lacking the effective education training mode in some schools, it is very difficult for them to make big and powerful, and even the advantage is turned into the disadvantage. I think that formulation of the education training mode in the university is influenced by many aspects, such as market demand, the integral level of the school etc. Because the teachers education is still at an early stage of fumbling in the domestic comprehensive university, and there is no fixed mode. Learning from the experience of the foreign comprehensive university and considering current situation of teachers education in domestic comprehensive university, I put forward the following teachers education training modes in comprehensive university: The training mode of art and science teachers education in the university, the training mode of the "double bachelors" teachers education, teachers education training mode of the post-bachelor, teacher education mode of the post-master. As well as their different educating objections and ways to carry them out. On this basis I also put forward the teaching assessment index system of teachers education for comprehensive university. In the end, I suggest the principles that the comprehensive university should follow in the course of structuring teacher education training modes, principle of demand, principle of global optimization, principle of feasibility, principle of characteristics. The teachers education training modes structured in this paper are suitable for the Comprehensive universities of different levels to adopt their own education training mode, and make it more rational. This set of diversified teachers education training modes for Comprehensive university will make some effects in practice, too.
