"Lagging behind " is only one kind of phenomenon, not substance because the juniors are all eager to live with forerunners. Andit's a pity that the educators temporarily did not find out their accurate fixed position . If we can find out what juniors' fondness and their special features ( namely "flashlight point"), give on time of affirmative, and take into the leading. At the same time we can display the talent's opportunity to their creation, and let them get the practice from the inside, and see the their values. Then they can find out their positions in the class, so the juniors can be converted. If we can hold tight the vital part, hold tight the opportune moment, hold tight the point, and assist with correct methods, the juniors are due to obtain the decent result.The broad masses of the teachers and the leaders of the schools are summing up their experience on their work about how to change the "lagging behind students" .
