Teaching is the basic way to develop the people. In the field of basic education, especially the class teaching (The most basic one is the instruction of compulsory course ) is still the basic part of educational activities in the primary and middle school and the basic way to implement the school education. So every teacher wants to pursue the most effective class teaching which depends on many factors. Instruction design, as the bridge of teaching theory transforming to teaching practice, can be said to be one of the most important factors. There is no effective instruction design and there is no lasting teaching result and quality. The issue of The outline for basic education curriculum reform has put forward the new demand for the teaching. My thesis aims at though the preliminary research and analyze the present conditions of instruction design to find the problems existing in the current instruction designs and rethink how to integrate the request of the new curriculum reform to raise the trend of the instruction design under the direction of The outline for basic education curriculum reform, expecting to improve teaching quality scientifically and more rationally .First this dissertation clarifies the meaning of the class teaching and the instruction design. Then, on the basic of questionnaire and interview, this thesis analyzes the conditions and problems existing in the current teachers' instruction designs. Finally ,by combining the new request of The outline for basic education curriculum reform, the author brings up the suggestions to ameliorate the instruction design, to realize the most effective instruction, providing instructions with some reference materials for the current teachers' instruction designs.
