Presently teachers in cur elementary and middle schools focus only on transmitting knowledge and neglect the most important task of offering students chances to develop their psyche. As a result, students' mind don't get enough attention, and even a lot of them are badly motivated to devote themselves to just obtaining knowledge. How can this problem be resolved? In my opinion, studies on student' intention and experience in schools could be greatly influential. But most of the studies in this field are separate and have no much relationship. Some researchers just focus on motivation, some pay attention to interest-fostering, and some others just consider the realization of educational objectives on affective domain. There should be something common among these differences. I'd like to call it educational initialization. This new concept means a kind of educational activity to adjust students' learning intention and experience under educational rules for educational goals.To provide a clearer picture of educational initialization, the theses give a brief review of the past studies on students' learning intention and experience.There are two main objectives in educational initialization. One is for the significant learning, the other is for psyche construction. The former is to maintain the intention in students' learning, and the latter is to offer an effective and efficient mechanism of psyche construction. It is believed that construction of psyche can't be achieved perfectly by putting the spiritual products into students' mind. Needs, motivation, interest and meaning etc. are all related with subject's intention and experience. The two themes have the same feature: to adjust students' intention and experiences.In the last two chapters, some strategies on psyche construction and significant learning are proposed. Strategies on psyche construction include conditional love, self-expression, value-giving, benign conflict, settings-creating and activity-organizing. These strategies can be divided into two categories, affective strategies and cognitive strategies. According to the stages of children development, the strategies include maintaining strategies, leading strategies, and formative strategies.
