Constructive teaching is the important theory of the development and reform of teaching in the 21st century.Basing on the theory of constructivism, this paper points out that the traditional teaching is made according to the teacher's teaching while the constructive teaching design is made according to the learners' learning and situations are set up to enable the learners to reach a meaningful construction and this paper criticizes the disadvantage of in present chemical teaching method in the middle school ,brings to light the teaching strategy and procedure of constuctivism as well as makes the study on the change of teaching of chemistry .The results of this study follow as :the teaching strategies of constructivism which is suggested by this present study is more powerful in encouraging students' active learning and thinking ,enhances helpfully to develop the self-consciousness of the students ,improve the chemical scores of the middle school students which is the core issue in contemporary educational.
